Private Aviation Brokerage Course: Business Jet & Helicopter Transactions

The course trains professional private aviation brokers — a high-ticket profession in a closed market. You will study aircraft types (light jet, midsize, super-midsize, heavy, ultra-long-range, turboprops, helicopters), their specifications, ownership economics and residual value. You will master the full transaction cycle: sourcing aircraft on the secondary market and from OEMs, valuation (Vref, Aircraft Bluebook), pre-buy inspection and escrow, deal structure (outright purchase, share, dry/wet lease), registration and flag (FAA, EASA, Bermuda, San Marino), taxes and VAT, insurance, title transfer. A separate block covers broker commissions and economics, working with UHNW clients, confidentiality, aircraft marketing, partnership with operators and management companies. Capstone: a complete brokerage deal package from client brief to closing.
