Yacht Charter Brokerage Course: The Luxury Charter Broker Profession

The course trains professional yacht charter brokers — a closed, high-income profession. You will study the luxury charter market structure (Mediterranean, Caribbean, Dubai, Maldives), yacht types (motor, sailing, catamarans, explorer), crew and their roles, charter economics (charter rate, APA, VAT, gratuity), MYBA Charter Agreement and Mediterranean Charter Agreement, booking procedures and payment schedule. You will master yacht marketing (photo, video, brochures, listings with central agencies), working with UHNW clients (brief, expectations, confidentiality), charter operations (itinerary, provisioning, special requests), conflict and force majeure resolution. A separate block covers broker commissions, central agencies, partner network, legal risks and insurance. Capstone: a complete charter contract with itinerary and budget.
